Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to help ensure accurate signage, pricing, and displays across Lowe's stores. You will create product displays that are safe, visually appealing, and easy for customers to locate.

Most tasks are non-customer-facing, but you may engage with customers when opportunities arise and assist with locating or handling merchandise as needed.

Qualifications

• Read, write and perform basic arithmetic to complete tasks.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage and keep digital info current.
• Confirm product pricing is visible and replace missing price labels.
• Drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and placing displays appropriately throughout the store.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items, including signage, merchandise and displays.
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leadership.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
