Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate supports store operations by ensuring accurate signage, pricing, and eye-catching product displays. You will implement planogram-based resets and assist customers when opportunities arise, delivering a great Lowe's shopping experience.

You'll work with the Merchandising Services Team to optimize displays, stock, and signage while maintaining safe, clean, and organized aisles across Lowe's stores.

Qualifications

• Read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen and communicate verbally.
• Proficient with web-based computer programs.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage, including digital maintenance.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing labels.
• Staging clearance products to drive add-on sales across the store.
• Repair/replace damaged items, signage, merchandise and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on in-store service to leaders.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
