Skechers USA Ltd. in Manhattan Beach is seeking a Visual Merchandising Project Specialist to lead end-to-end POP displays and manage vendor relationships across global markets.

You will coordinate with development, production, photography, and sales teams; oversee FLEX PLM entries; track samples, shipments, and inventory; and contribute to showroom operations, events, and store presentations.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in vendor sourcing, display production, and/or project coordination in a fast-paced, consumer-facing industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Footwear or apparel industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual a plus (Spanish, Mandarin, or Vietnamese).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development and production of assigned point of purchase projects, meeting target pricing, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with POP development and production teams on ideation and development of new display concepts.
• Lead administrative tasks in FLEX PLM: create styles, maintain records, transfer final art and production files.
