Job summary

Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Management Team in daily operations, team leadership, and customer service excellence.

You will drive performance, manage inventory, optimize visual merchandising, and execute sales strategies to boost store profitability. Responsibilities include coaching a team, maintaining brand standards, overseeing store operations, and driving revenue growth while resolving customer concerns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure product displays and store layouts meet Skechers' standards for style and innovation.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock, and organize the sales floor for a seamless shopping experience.
• Operations Management: Oversee store systems, including scheduling and opening/closing procedures; assist with lifting up to 50 lbs.
