Job summary

Skechers is seeking a Visual Merchandising Project Specialist in Manhattan Beach, CA. This role leads end-to-end POP development, coordinating with production vendors and internal teams to deliver displays that strengthen brand messaging.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and files in FLEX PLM, oversee showrooms and samples, and partner with marketing, sales, and operations to translate trends into compelling in-store experiences.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in vendor sourcing, display production, and/or project coordination in a fast-paced, consumer-facing industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Footwear or apparel industry experience strongly preferred.
• Bilingual a plus (Spanish, Mandarin, or Vietnamese).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development and production of assigned point of purchase projects.
• Collaborate with POP development and production team on ideation and development of new display concepts.
• Serve as the primary administrator for POP management within FLEX PLM — creating styles and maintaining records.
• Manage shipping, receiving, and tracking of all display samples from global production vendors.
• Coordinate with in-house photography team for documentation of display samples.
• Maintain and organize image files in library folders.
• Distribute POP memos to sales, field, and production teams.
• Generate and analyze product booking reports for Key Initiatives and new projects.
