Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in vendor sourcing, display production, and/or project coordination in a fast-paced consumer-facing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Footwear or apparel industry experience is preferred.
• Bilingual a plus (Spanish, Mandarin, or Vietnamese).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development and production of assigned POP projects, meeting pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate on ideation and development of new POP display concepts.
• Administer POP project management in FLEX PLM; manage styles, records, and art files.
• Manage shipping, receiving, and tracking of display samples from global vendors.
• Coordinate with in-house photography for documentation of samples.
• Lead POP planning and execution for events, conferences, trade shows, and sales meetings.
• Conduct field evaluations of display samples at retail locations.
