Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in visual merchandising or marketing operations.
• Experience in production coordination and vendor management.
• Budget tracking and invoicing experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage visual merchandising projects with timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Fulfill ship maintenance requests and conduct VM audits.
• Order visual merchandising elements and manage end-to-end delivery, expenses, and payments.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate logistics for deliveries.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and post-install reports.
