Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a Merchandising Sales Associate to join the Field Activity Support Team (FAST) in a single store. You will own start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes, while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance.

You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service and contributing to a safe, efficient store environment across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising preferred.
• Able to read, write, and count accurately.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and store resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and signage.
• Perform price changes and fixture assembly as directed.
