Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team, primarily in a single store, owning and executing start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You’ll deliver legendary customer service while supporting teammates and customers.

You will interact with customers and team members daily, ensuring planograms are accurate, signage is current, and merchandising standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service and interact with customers in stores.
