Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our Field Activity Support Team, primarily in a single store. You will own and execute planograms, signage changes, and price updates while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly and maintaining all signage.

You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service and adhering to safety guidelines in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs and locations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars and Price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs and ensure planogram integrity.
