Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to join the Field Activity Support Team (FAST). You will own and execute start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

You will interact with customers and team members, maintaining visual merchandise standards and supporting store operations. This role requires reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work shifts as needed across stores.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma preferred, reading/writing/counting proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs as needed.
• Provide legendary customer service to shoppers in-store.
• Communicate progress and issues with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
