Job summary

Reformation in New York City is seeking a Visual Merchandising Coordinator to uphold the brand’s visual standards and execute compelling in-store displays. You will dress mannequins, manage weekly Go Lives, and ensure all VM props and equipment are organized and ready for action.

You will partner with the VM Manager to analyze Looker dashboards, optimize product placement, and support efficient shipment processing while keeping customer service a top priority.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Minimum 6 months working at Reformation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proven team player with leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high VM standards per guidelines and weekly directives.
• Execute weekly Go Lives in a timely, organized manner.
• Ensure VM equipment and props are organized and in one location.
• Support shipment processing and placement to maximise sales.
• Keep store floor, fitting rooms, and windows clean and organized.
• Share feedback and insights with VM Manager weekly.
