Job summary

You will collaborate with Real Estate, Construction, Procurement, Visual Merchandising and Store Operations to translate prototypes to site conditions, manage workflows and budgets, and document designs for landlord approvals.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Retail Design, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in retail design or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement Global Real Estate projects through store design, including new stores, remodels, and closures.
• Design effective store layouts that optimize space and adapt prototypes to site conditions.
• Coordinate end-to-end project workflow with deadlines, feasibility studies, planning, and implementation.
• Manage design budget and pre-construction, supervising architects, engineers, and vendors to meet milestones.
• Prepare detailed design documentation such as floor plans, elevations, renderings, and landlord documentation.
