Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Retail, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of visual merchandising experience in multi-store retail.
Responsibilities
- Lead CAD planning and showroom layouts for assigned stores.
- Run the visual merchandising plan for the home showroom and guide other stores.
- Maintain floor sets to plan and align product placement with strategy.
- Support selling by enabling sales teams to tell product stories.
- Partner with store leadership to align visual changes with selling strategies.
- Coach Visual Associates to ensure brand-right execution.
- Support rollout of new assortments and seasonal transitions.
- Monitor execution quality across locations with reviews and digital tools.
- Analyze product and store performance to inform layout adjustments.
