Job summary

Living Spaces is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager in Los Angeles to lead visual standards, store presentation, and warehouse logistics. You will develop the merchandising team, optimize staffing, training, and scheduling, and ensure lean inventory while keeping the store Grand Opening Ready.

The role partners with General Manager and allocations teams to enhance guest engagement and store performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, design, retail management, sales, merchandising, or related field preferred.
5 years experience in direct customer interactive environment required; high volume.
3 years of management experience required.

Responsibilities

Staffing and Scheduling: ensure merchandising team is fully staffed and productive.
Training: oversee onboarding, coaching, showroom execution, and leadership development.
Store Experience: manage visual presentation, labeling, and showroom readiness.
Guest Engagement: train team to engage guests effectively and support selling model.
Logistics and Warehouse: maintain inventory accuracy and safe operating environment.
Performance Management: address gaps and develop talent and processes.
