• 5 years experience in direct customer interactive environment required; high volume.
• 3 years of management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and scheduling to meet standard work expectations and optimize productivity.
• Oversee training of merchandising team and onboarding processes.
• Ensure store is Grand Opening Ready with strong visual presentation and labeling.
• Train team on selling model for guest engagement throughout the store.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and safe, clean warehouse operations.
• Conduct monthly standard work evaluations to identify gaps and improve performance.
• Lead the merchandising team and develop leadership within the group.
• Foster partnerships with GMs, managers, and other departments; uphold SOPs.
