Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Manager to join the store leadership team in Houston. You will drive visual merchandising, product strategy, and store presentation to ensure customer readiness at all times.

You will lead the Visual, Business, People, and Flow Experience aspects, working with the General/Store Manager to align on budgets, KPIs, and strategic execution across the salesfloor and back-of-house areas.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Agile with ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Independent work ethic, time management, personal accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes.
• Champion strong visual standards for the salesfloor using business performance data.
• Lead strategic product presentation and merchandising; manage restock/destock per directives.
• Plan Visual floor changes through payroll management and adapt to business needs.
• Own visual direction from planning through execution, meeting budgets and timelines.
• Collaborate with management to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels.
