Living Spaces seeks a Visual Merchandising Supervisor to maintain showroom readiness and uphold visual standards. You will lead the team, plan daily activities, and ensure consistent presentation across all showroom areas to deliver a guest-ready environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Retail Managers, cross-functional teams, and a focus on safety, accuracy, and brand alignment. Experience in high-volume retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of retail experience in a direct customer environment.
• 3 years of supervisory experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Tableau experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Visual Stylists, Service Technicians, and Janitorial partners to ensure visual standards and showroom readiness.
• Plan, prioritize, and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly visual execution activities (resets, floor moves, maintenance).
• Execute and uphold Visual SOPs, style guides, and merchandising standards across showroom areas.
