Job summary

Living Spaces is seeking a Visual Merchandising Supervisor to uphold showroom readiness by enforcing visual standards and SOPs. You will lead teams, manage daily visual tasks, and ensure accurate inventory and smooth product flow in a guest-focused environment.

The role requires 5 years retail experience, 3 years supervisory experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; Tableau knowledge is preferred. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid leave.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• Three years of supervisory experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; Tableau experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support teams to ensure consistent visual standards and showroom readiness.
• Plan, prioritize, and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly visual execution activities.
• Execute Visual SOPs, style guides, and merchandising standards for brand alignment.
• Partner with Operations to maintain showroom inventory and product flow.
• Collaborate with Retail Managers to align on store priorities and showroom performance.
• Provide day‑to‑day leadership with coaching and feedback.
• Monitor showroom conditions and address gaps affecting guest experience or safety.
• Support onboarding and training of team members on visual merchandising standards.
