Qualifications

• At least 4 years experience in a Visual Merchandising Manager role with leading a team in a high-volume retailer.
• Strong communication skills to relate to customers and colleagues.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and inspire teams and deliver excellent customer service.

• Lead visual displays and campaigns across the store to maximize sales.
