Qualifications

• Experience as a visual keyholder or visual merchandiser preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and fashion sense.
• Ability to coach and guide store team on visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profits through effective visual presentation.
• Set garment presentation on floor and windows per brand guidelines.
• Keep mannequins and windows styled to create clear stories and buying cues.
• Lead and train the store team on seasonal trends, campaigns and brand standards.
• Ensure direct and indirect customer service meets H&M standards.
• Execute floor moves and visual routines with the Department Manager.
• Support store KPIs and contribute to achieving store goals and budgets.
• Complete opening/closing routines and maintain visual materials.
