Job summary

You will train and coach the Floorset team, drive floorset execution, and collaborate with leadership on action plans. A keen eye for detail and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and floorset execution.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Able to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring store reflects Brand Standards.
• Lead and coach Floorset team; train, set productivity goals, and execute Floorsets.
• Oversee day-to-day merchandising, replenishment and sell-through adjustments.
• Foster teamwork to maintain brand standards and celebrate wins.
• Prioritize guest experience while upholding store safety and shrink controls.
