Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Hershey, PA is seeking a Merchandise Leader to be the right hand of the Merchandising Team Leader, ensuring the store aligns with AEO Brand Visual Standards and delivers outstanding guest experiences through floorset execution and timely replenishment.

You will train and coach the Floorset team, drive sell-through, and maintain visual standards while collaborating with leadership to keep the store fresh and profitable.

Qualifications

• Experience driving floorset execution and merchandising updates.
• Attention to detail and passion for visual standards.
• Ability to train and coach floor staff.
• Strong focus on guest experience and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Support Floorset execution and training for the Floorset team.
• Drive productivity goals and ensure floorset standards are met.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and sell-through.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards on the salesfloor and stockroom.
• Promote a culture of recognition and teamwork among associates.
• Ensure safety and shrink-reducing practices on the floor.
