Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in York, PA is seeking a Merchandise Leader who acts as the right hand to the Merchandising Team Leader. You will ensure the store reflects AEO Brand Visual Standards, execute Floorsets, and drive merchandising updates and replenishment to keep the guest experience top-tier.

You will train and coach the Floorset team, set clear productivity goals, and collaborate with leadership to implement action plans that maintain visual standards and guest readiness.

Qualifications

• Love AE and Aerie products
• Strong organization, detail orientation, priority-setting, and time management
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Strong retail merchandising and visual skills with retail work history

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team and setting productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising and replenishment to keep the store fresh.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team.
• Uphold store safety standards on the Salesfloor and in the Stockroom; support shrink-reduction efforts.
