Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is hiring a Visual Merchandising Lead for Pottery Barn in Corte Madera, CA.

The role partners with management to execute the store's visual strategy and coach the team on routines that maximize productivity and maintain the store as a destination for inspiration. You will drive floorset planning, oversee daily disciplines for promotions and replenishment, and collaborate on staffing and training to elevate visual standards.

Qualifications

• Effective communication, organizational, and leadership skills are required.
• Ability to motivate and influence others through example.
• Retail experience with supervision is preferred (1–3 years).
• Home design or visual merchandising experience is preferred (1–2 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead visual merchandising and display with management to meet floorset timelines.
• Maintain daily routines for markdowns, promotions, replenishment, and recovery.
• Collaborate with GM and DVM to adapt directives for store needs.
• Analyze reporting to identify profitability opportunities and drive results.
• Coordinate inventory needs to increase sell-through and margin.
