Job summary

The Container Store is seeking a Visual Specialist in Palo Alto to lead store visuals, maintain product presentation, and support sales goals with the store team. You will coordinate merchandising and campaigns to reflect our brand and drive customer engagement.

You will train staff on daily routines, merchandising guidelines, and merchandise processing, ensuring accuracy in signage and product placement. A strong focus on teamwork and in-store customer assistance is essential.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 2-5 years merchandising experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills.
• Flexibility in scheduling in a retail environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Maintains daily product maintenance routines in the store.
• Directs setup of campaigns for marketing initiatives and product presentation.
• Executes new product introductions from a visual perspective.
• Leads and oversees merchandising processing and stockroom procedures.
• Partners with Operations Manager and Inventory Specialists on stockroom organization.
