Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 2-5 years merchandising experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills.
• Retail is flexible and requires scheduling flexibility.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Leads and executes daily product maintenance in store.
• Sets up campaigns and merchandise presentation per direction.
• Executes new product introductions from a visual perspective.
• Maintains stockroom organization and assists staff training.
• Ensures visual presentation reflects brand and signage accuracy.
• Engages with customers to assist organizational challenges and achieves sales goals.
