Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to greet guests and deliver an outstanding shopping experience with compelling visual merchandising. You will keep the floor stocked and signed, assist guests in fitting rooms, and support promotions and price changes to enhance the guest journey.

This role requires a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced, team‑driven store in Collierville, TN.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and able to assist guests on the sales floor and in fitting rooms.
• Strong teamwork and flexible approach to scheduling.
• Ability to communicate clearly and use store technology effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signage.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory and assist guests accordingly.
• Sort freight, push merch to floor, and locate items in backroom as needed.
• Maintain visual presentations and price signs for a seamless guest experience.
• Support backroom organization and replenishment throughout the day.
• Engage guests warmly and help solve their needs while staying compliant.
