The role requires you to analyze local market trends, collaborate with the Department Manager, train teammates, and ensure merchandising standards and a high-quality customer experience.

Responsabilités

• Follow and execute all commercial strategies set by the company.
• Review news, assign locations and manage store/warehouse rotations.
• Match store space with product through effective merchandising and layouts.
• Support product replenishment and stockroom capacity.
• Perform commercial analysis using reports to improve sales.
• Ensure high level customer experience and merchandising standards.
• Communicate with supervisor and store teams regularly.
• Train the team in commerciality and staff development.
• Assist department in developing the store's sales team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support other store tasks for seamless customer experience.
• Assist with returns approvals and transactions as needed.
