BVLGARI is seeking a Visual Merchandising Associate for the New York Fifth Ave Boutique. You will be the in-store VM expert, executing global and regional guidelines, implementing seasonal campaigns, and ensuring pristine windows and fixtures to the brand’s elevated standards.

You’ll partner with the Store Director and corporate VM teams, provide on-the-floor guidance, and train colleagues on VM updates, seasonal windows, and product launches.

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of visual merchandising experience, preferably luxury or premium retail.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to execute brand standards.
  • Balances creativity with commercial awareness and brand storytelling.
  • Ability to lead by example and train team members on VM updates.

Responsibilities

Position

The Visual Merchandising Associate-New York Fifth Ave Boutique is responsible for executing and maintaining BVLGARI’s visual merchandising standards and brand image at the temple Fifth Ave location, an image-based boutique with consistent high profile executive visits and elevated high-volume client engagement. This role is crucial for maintaining a best-in-class VM \"lab\" for creativity and supports sales performance by bringing seasonal campaigns, product storytelling, dynamic product rotations, and key business priorities to life through precise visual execution and strong attention to detail. As the in-store visual merchandising expert, the VM Associate partners closely with the Store Director, leadership team, and corporate visual merchandising partners to uphold brand standards, provide training, and ensure alignment across sales, operations, and client experience. The position also contributes valuable store-level feedback on visual opportunities, competitor activity, and market needs, while supporting special projects, events, and broader regional initiatives as required.

Job responsibilities
  • Execute global and regional visual merchandising guidelines with precision and consistency.
  • Implement seasonal campaigns, floor sets, and product storytelling initiatives.

  • Always maintain a pristine and elevated store environment through florals, store décor, and prop management
Store Leadership & Team Support
  • Act as the in-store visual merchandising expert supporting the Store Director and leadership team
  • Provide day-to-day guidance to store teams on product presentation and visual standards.
  • Monitor and manage product set up daily for visual consistency
  • Provide training and onboarding to team members for all visual merchandising updates, including seasonal windows, product launches, and VM initiatives.
Commercial & Client Experience Impact
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment across sales, operations, and leadership.
  • Align visual merchandising with business priorities, product focus, and sell-through opportunities.
  • Support key business moments, peak periods, and client activations through strong visual execution.
Regional Alignment & Collaboration
  • Optimize product flow, density, and zoning to balance storytelling and commercial performance.
  • Maintain consistent communication with the Visual Merchandising Manager.
  • Execute regional direction while providing feedback from the store level
  • Monitor competitor visual merchandising trends, specifically for window displays, zoning, and initiatives, and provide photo reporting.
  • Support seasonal resets, visual initiatives, and special projects as needed.
Operational Execution
  • Perform floor moves, installations, and visual updates in alignment with business needs.
  • Ensure proper handling, organization, and maintenance of visual tools and materials.
  • Manage boutique prop inventory, including discarding old props and ordering prop replacements
  • Follow all safety and operational procedures during installations and floor changes.
  • Manage consistent product tagging standards and update MyCounter application to reflect all product moves, ensuring seamless tracking and communication between front and back of house
Profile
  • 1-3+ years of visual merchandising experience, preferably in luxury or premium retail.
  • Strong hands-on experience executing visual merchandising in a store environment.
  • Experience supporting high-volume or flagship locations is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and visual execution standards.
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial awareness.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in mobile photo editing. Work Schedule: The Visual Merchandising Team Lead – New York Fifth Ave Boutique follows a standard Monday to Friday schedule. However, due to the nature of the business, the position requires flexibility and agility, including availability for early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed to support key business priorities. The role may also requireadditionalhours with short notice during critical periods such as store events, seasonal window rollouts, and seasonal floor sets.
