Job summary

BVLGARI is seeking a Visual Merchandising Associate for the New York Fifth Ave Boutique. You will be the in-store VM expert, executing global and regional guidelines, implementing seasonal campaigns, and ensuring pristine windows and fixtures to the brand’s elevated standards.

You’ll partner with the Store Director and corporate VM teams, provide on-the-floor guidance, and train colleagues on VM updates, seasonal windows, and product launches.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of visual merchandising experience, preferably luxury or premium retail.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to execute brand standards.
• Balances creativity with commercial awareness and brand storytelling.
• Ability to lead by example and train team members on VM updates.

Responsibilities

• Execute global and regional visual merchandising guidelines with precision and consistency.
• Implement seasonal campaigns, floor sets, and product storytelling initiatives.
• Maintain windows, fixtures, and signage to Bulgari standards at all times.
• Identify and address visual inconsistencies in a timely manner.
• Provide training and onboarding to team members for VM updates and launches.
• Collaborate with Store Director and senior teams to align VM with business priorities.
• Monitor product setup daily and report visual opportunities or triggers.
