Job summary

Brobston Group in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an Associate, Visual Merchandising to maintain the boutique’s brand image while elevating client experience and supporting sales. This in-store, full-time role reports to the Boutique Director and supports VM execution and boutique operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of retail merchandising experience, strong collaboration and communication skills, and the ability to work on ladders and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related experience in retail operations and merchandising.
• Experience with basic computer software and digital photography.
• Associate degree preferred, ideally in a fashion-related field.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and client experience skills.
• Able to work on ladder, lift/move items, and work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
