J.Crew Factory seeks a Visual Associate to curate an inviting store environment with meticulous attention to detail. You’ll set up compelling window displays and merchandise layouts that engage customers and reflect our brand.

You will work with the store team to position products, execute floor sets, and ensure backstock is organized and rotated to the floor. This role emphasizes teamwork, exceptional service, and adaptability to seasonal needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds (18 kg) and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interest in fashion trends and brand presentation.
• Demonstrates teamwork, courtesy, and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Create captivating window displays and merchandise layouts; ensure promotional signage is current and organized.
• Execute organized and timely floor sets.
• Collaborate with store management on product placement and daily maintenance of the sales floor.
• Keep backstock organized and move products to the floor as needed.
• Follow merchandise receiving and handling guidelines.
• Use store systems and technology to support daily operations.
• Respond to customers with courtesy and respect.
