Job summary

J.Crew is seeking a Visual Associate to curate an inviting store environment with meticulous attention to detail. You will create compelling window displays, merchandise layouts, and ensure promotional signage is current to engage customers and support the store team.

You’ll learn presentation standards, collaborate with management, and contribute to a welcoming workplace that celebrates fashion, teamwork, and excellent customer experiences while respecting schedules including nights, weekends

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product and lift up to 40 pounds (18 kg).

Responsibilities

• Create captivating window displays and merchandise layouts while ensuring promotional signage is up-to-date and organized.
• Execute organized and timely floor sets.
• Work with store management to understand product placement and perform daily maintenance on the sales floor.
• Keep backstock organized and move relevant products to the floor regularly.
• Comply with merchandise receiving and handling guidelines.
• Use store systems and technology effectively.
• Respond to customers with courtesy and respect.
