Job summary

J.Crew in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Visual Associate to curate an inviting store environment with meticulous attention to detail. You will set up engaging window displays and merchandise layouts and help teammates learn presentation standards both front and back of house.

You'll contribute to an inclusive workplace centered on product passion and exceptional customer experiences, collaborating with management to place products and maintain displays daily.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to bend, reach, and lift up to 40 pounds (18 kg).
• Passion for brand, customers, and teamwork.
• Stay current with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create captivating window displays and merchandise layouts.
• Execute organized and timely floor sets.
• Collaborate with store management on product placement and daily floor maintenance.
• Keep backstock organized and move products to the floor as needed.
• Follow merchandise receiving and handling guidelines.
• Use store systems and technology effectively.
• Provide courteous customer service.
