Job summary

J.Crew Group is looking for a Visual Associate to curate an inviting store environment with attention to detail. You will set up window displays and merchandise layouts, ensuring promotional signage is current and organized, while helping team members learn presentation standards both front and back of house.

You will assist in daily floor maintenance, backstock organization, and product movement to the floor.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Passionately support our brand, customers and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Be able to bend, reach, stretch and lift at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Responsibilities

• Create captivating window displays and merchandise layouts with up‑to‑date signage.
• Execute organized and timely floor sets.
• Collaborate with store management on product placement and daily maintenance on the sales floor.
• Keep backstock organized and move relevant products to the floor regularly.
• Follow receiving and handling guidelines and use store systems effectively.
• Respond to customers with courtesy and respect.
