Job summary

J.Crew Group is seeking a Visual Associate to curate an inviting store environment with meticulous attention to detail. You will set up engaging window displays and merchandise layouts that attract and retain customers, while helping team members learn presentation standards both in front of house and back of house.

You will contribute to an inclusive workplace centered on product passion and exceptional customer experiences, collaborating with store management to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay current with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while performing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty; strong problem-solving skills.
• Scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product and lift/move at least 40 pounds (18 kg).

Responsibilities

• Create captivating window displays and merchandise layouts with up-to-date promotional signage.
• Execute organized and timely floor sets.
• Collaborate with store management to understand product placement and maintain daily floor upkeep.
• Keep backstock organized and move relevant products to the floor regularly.
• Comply with merchandise receiving and handling guidelines.
• Use store systems and technology effectively.
• Respond to customer needs with courtesy and respect.
