Job summary

H&M is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to contribute to an inspiring and consistent customer experience through visual standards and commercial excellence. You will curate the store’s visuals, trends, and product presentation while coaching and developing the store team.

In this role you will implement campaigns, ensure high standards of presentation, and stay up-to-date with fashion trends to anticipate customer needs and enhance the shopping experience in-store.

Qualifications

• Curious and creative; proactive, solution focused, flexible, with effective cross-functional communication.
• Fashion interest with leadership to apply visual and commercial experience in a dynamic store setting.
• Experience with improving product presentation and commercial execution in-store.

Responsibilities

• Support omni-channel customer experience through visual and commercial curation aligned with guidelines.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions and maintain high presentation standards.
• Plan workload with Store Management and Area Visual Manager to execute store activation plans and campaigns.
• Coach store team to develop visual and commercial skills and onboard new colleagues.
• Execute visual and commercial styling per mood boards and brand guidelines to create compelling stories.
