Job summary

H&M is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to elevate the in-store customer experience by applying visual standards and commercial excellence. You will curate visuals, coach staff, and ensure campaigns are executed on time while maintaining stock health and store presentation.

You will keep up with fashion trends, lead the team in visual and commercial execution, and collaborate with Store Management to meet sales targets and store goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual and commercial curation per guidelines and campaigns.

• Plan workload with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.
• Launch campaigns on time and manage stock levels with input on allocation.
• Follow procedures for OMNI services and store operations.
• Coach and develop store teams in visual and commercial skills.
