Job summary

H&M in the United States is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to uphold visual standards and drive commercial excellence. You will curate the store’s visual and styling, coach colleagues, and align with campaigns and seasonal trends to enhance the customer experience.

You will collaborate with store management to plan workloads, support training, and ensure accurate display execution across windows, fixtures, and floor layouts, delivering strong brand storytelling.

• Launch and maintain campaigns and sale activities on time.
• Ensure garment care, stock levels, and provide input on allocation.
• Follow KPIs and identify visual and commercial opportunities.
• Coach store teams and develop daily routines for consistency.
