Job summary

H&M in the United States is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to contribute to an inspiring and consistent customer experience by implementing visual standards and commercial excellence across the store. You will coach and develop the store team, align with global campaigns, and ensure high-quality product presentation and customer flow.

You will be responsible for maintaining visual and commercial standards, training colleagues, and supporting store activation plans to drive sales and brand impact.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual and commercial curation according to guidelines to enhance the store environment.

• Organise workload according to activation plans with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.
• Launch and maintain global campaigns and sale activities on time.
• Ensure garment care, stock levels, and input on allocation with store teams.
• Follow procedures for OMNI services and store operations.
