Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to join our Field Activity Support Team (FAST) for a single-store role. You’ll manage planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

You’ll work closely with the District FAST Supervisor to ensure planogram integrity and timely updates. The role requires prior retail or merchandising experience, a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Reading, writing, and counting accurately are needed regardless of education level.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and signage.
• Assist with price changes and fixture assembly.
