Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to join the Field Activity Support Team (FAST). You will own end-to-end tasks like planograms, signage, pricing changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service in-store.

Ideal candidates have retail/merchandising experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Physical readiness to lift up to 50 pounds and work shifts as needed is required.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework.
