Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to join the Field Activity Support Team (FAST) in a single store, handling start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise fixtures while delivering legendary customer service.

As FAST Team Member you will keep attendance, work shifts, coordinate with the District FAST Supervisor, complete planograms, maintain visual standards, and assist with measurements, store layouts, and sign maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and offer solutions to overcome.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Make the customer a priority when approached and provide legendary customer service while in stores through the use of GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers and adhere to Company safety training and guidelines.
