Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to support FAST initiatives in-store, executing planograms, signage updates, price changes and fixture assembly. You will help maintain visual standards, assist customers, and collaborate with the District FAST Supervisor to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting ability required.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service while in-store and help customers find what they need.
