Strong communication, flexibility for peak periods, and a willingness to learn through training are essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; prior retail visual merchandising experience is a plus.

• Ensure visual standards are followed across the store to elevate displays.
• Support and implement the company Visual Merchandising strategy and ISM elements.
