Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1–2 years of visual merchandising experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Business acumen and creativity to inspire guests and drive sales.
• Strong understanding of trend and style reflecting our brand.
• Lead and influence store teams to follow visual merchandising processes.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and with handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily/weekly visual workload with guidance to align with sales goals and events.
• Execute weekly visual assessments and improve store visual execution and guest experience.
• Assess and guide the execution of visual standards across the store.
• Support and implement the company's Visual Merchandising strategy and ISM across areas.
• Validate execution of all visual presentations in the store with leaders.
• Set overhead lighting to highlight key merchandising presentations.
• Address merchandising issues and adjust sets to maintain inspiring visuals.
• Educate team members on visual standards and signage usage.
