Job summary

H&M is seeking a Visual Merchandiser in the United States. You will implement visual standards to deliver an elevated customer experience and drive commercial excellence. You will coach store teams, stay aware of trends, and ensure campaigns are launched on time across the store.

You will collaborate with Store Management and Area Visual Manager to optimize visual presentation, stock care, and KPI performance while maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the omni customer experience through visual and commercial curation per guidelines.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
• Plan workload according to store activation plans with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.
• Launch and maintain global campaigns and sale activities on time.
• Ensure garment care, stock levels, and provide input on allocation to teams.
• Prepare and analyze KPIs and follow up on visual and commercial opportunities.
• Coach store teams to maintain high-quality product and presentation.
