You will collaborate with Store Management to execute campaigns, monitor KPIs, and ensure stock and lighting support the brand narrative. The role emphasizes guest experience and in-store storytelling.

Qualifications

• Curious and creative; proactive, solution-focused, flexible with effective communication to achieve results cross-functionally.
• Leadership skills to coach and develop store teams in visual and commercial execution.
• Experience improving product presentation and in-store visual/merchandising.
• Good knowledge of visual, commercial, and operational best practices, routines, and tools.
• Ability to follow selling reports and adjust actions based on KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to omni customer experience with visual and commercial curation per guidelines.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
• Organize workload according to activation plan with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.
• Launch and maintain campaigns and sale activities on time per Brand Standards.
• Ensure garment care, stock levels, and input on allocation with Store Management and Area teams.
• Follow procedures for OMNI services and store routines with the team.
