Job summary

Target is seeking a Visual Merchandiser in Aurora, CO to lead daily display planning and execution. You will ensure the store aligns with visual standards, drive sales through compelling presentations, and partner with leadership to implement Merchandising strategies across departments.

The role requires 1–2 years in visual merchandising, strong communication, and flexibility with schedules, including nights and weekends. Training provided and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Ability to interpret visual standards and execute plans.
• Comfort with moving displays and working on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily/weekly visual workload to meet sales goals and promotions.
• Execute visual assessments and improve store presentation.
• Maintain visual standards across the store and ISM elements.
• Train and guide team on visual merchandising practices.
• Support onboarding and knowledge sharing to close skill gaps.
